What size should I take?

To choose the size that suits you best, we generally advise you to take your usual size. If you're not sure, you can go up a size. However, we strongly advise you to refer to the size guide available on each product page to choose the best size for you.

How do you clean them?

Properly cared for, Octipa knickers can last up to 5 years.

Follow these steps to wash them properly:

1. Rinse with cold water: Before washing your Octipa panties, rinse them thoroughly with cold water to remove excess liquid.

2. Hand wash or machine wash in a wash bag: Use a mild detergent and a cold cycle or 30° maximum.3. Air dry: Avoid tumble drying your Octipa underwear. It is preferable to let them air dry.

How long can I wear them?

Our incontinence underwear can be worn all day or all night, for an average of 12 hours of protection.

For heavier flows, we recommend changing your underwear when you start to feel wet.

Do I need to wear protection inside my panties?

No. Our panties are specially designed to stop urine leakage and replace disposable panty liners and pads.

Do you feel wet inside?

Absolutely not. The first draining layer transfers all the urine leakage to the absorbent and storage layer, giving you the feeling of being totally dry. Note that it's important to choose a model that's adapted to your type of flow for greater comfort.

Our incontinence underwear gives you the same feeling as wearing normal underwear.

Does it smell bad?

Unlike conventional underwear that allows urine leakage to accumulate and macerate, our incontinence underwear is specially designed to be anti-odour, thanks to its draining and anti-bacterial layer.
